1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RevOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

RevOps is a WhatsApp-first Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for Indian small and medium businesses. Our services include:

• Lead capture and management
• WhatsApp Business API integration
• Sales pipeline management
• Automated workflows and follow-ups
• Email and communication tracking
• Reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide valid contact information
• One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

3.3 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. Trial terms and duration are specified during registration. At the end of the trial, your account will convert to a paid subscription or be limited based on your chosen plan.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You Agree To:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain proper consent before collecting personal data
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information

5.2 You Agree Not To:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications without consent
• Violate any person's privacy or intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for illegal activities or fraud
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. WhatsApp Business API Usage

When using WhatsApp Business API features through our platform, you must:

• Comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy
• Obtain explicit opt-in consent before messaging users
• Provide clear opt-out mechanisms
• Not send prohibited content (spam, scams, adult content, etc.)
• Maintain message quality to avoid account restrictions

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by RevOps and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood our data practices.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

10. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for data loss; maintain your own backups

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevOps and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. See our Data Deletion page for details.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data within 90 days unless retention is required by law.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
