Request deletion of your personal data from RevOps

Facebook Login Users

If you signed up or logged in using Facebook, you can also manage your data connection through your Facebook settings. Go to Settings > Apps and Websites > RevOps to remove the app and associated data.

Your Right to Data Deletion

At RevOps, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your personal information at any time. This page explains what data we collect, how to request deletion, and what happens after your request is processed.

What Data We Collect

When you use RevOps, we may collect and store the following types of data:

Account Information

  • Name and email address
  • Phone number
  • Profile picture
  • Company name and details
  • Login credentials (encrypted)

Business Data

  • Leads and contacts
  • Deals and pipeline data
  • Communication history
  • Automation workflows
  • Files and attachments

Usage Data

  • Activity logs
  • Feature usage analytics
  • Device and browser info
  • IP addresses

Third-Party Data

  • Google/Facebook login info
  • WhatsApp conversation data
  • Connected integration data

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

In-App Account Deletion

The quickest way to delete your data is through your account settings:

  1. Log in to your RevOps account
  2. Go to Settings > Account
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Email Request

Send a data deletion request to our privacy team:

Include your registered email address and reason for deletion.

What Happens After Your Request

Acknowledgment (Within 48 hours)

We confirm receipt of your deletion request via email.

Verification (1-3 days)

We verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate.

Processing (Up to 30 days)

Your data is permanently deleted from our active systems.

Backup Purge (Up to 90 days)

Data is removed from backup systems during regular purge cycles.

Data Retention Exceptions

In certain cases, we may need to retain some data even after a deletion request:

  • Legal Compliance: Data required for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes
  • Fraud Prevention: Information needed to prevent fraud or abuse
  • Dispute Resolution: Data relevant to ongoing disputes or claims
  • Legitimate Business Interests: Anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you

Any retained data will be kept secure and deleted as soon as the retention requirement expires.

Third-Party Data

Deleting your RevOps account removes data from our systems. However, you may need to separately manage data with:

  • Facebook: Settings > Apps and Websites > RevOps
  • Google: Google Account > Security > Third-party apps
  • WhatsApp: Data related to your WhatsApp Business account

Before You Delete

Important Considerations

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • Export your data before requesting deletion if you need a copy
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds for remaining period)
  • Team members will lose access to shared data
